How to Start a Return or Cancel an Order

  1. Sign in to your LittleMum customer account.
  2. Open the order you would like to manage.
  3. Select Request return for delivered items, or Request cancellation if the order has not yet been fulfilled.
  4. Choose the relevant item(s) and submit your request.
  5. For approved returns, follow the return instructions and use the prepaid return shipping label provided.

Need cancel an order

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can submit a cancellation request directly from your order page.

Sign in to your LittleMum customer account, open the order and select Request cancellation.

If the order has already been fulfilled, you can request a return after delivery instead.

What Can I Return?

You may open and reasonably try the product to decide whether it is right for you. Products that have been intentionally damaged, materially altered or damaged through misuse unrelated to a product defect are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we’ll inspect the product and process the refund to your original payment method.

The applicable flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If your product is defective, damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, please contact us. The flat return shipping fee does not apply when the return is due to an eligible product defect, shipping damage or an error by LittleMum.

How to Exchange

We currently process exchanges as a return and a new order.
Request a return for the item you have, then place a separate order for the product you want. This is usually the fastest way to secure the replacement item.
